The Office of Student Business Services (SBS) is dedicated to providing efficient methods to handle all financial matters related to HSC student accounts.  SBS promotes the overall mission of the HSC through providing student-centered customer service to ensure a positive experience at the HSC.

Commonly Asked Questions

We always look forward to hearing from our students; For your convenience, we have provided answers to some of the most commonly asked questions.

  1. How much will by tuition and fees be for next semester?
    Tuition and fee tables for all HSC components are available at the SBS website.
  2. Can I pay my tuition in installments?
    Yes. You will need to complete the appropriate installment agreement form below. This form must be completed and received with the first installment payment by 5:00pm on the last business day before the start of classes.

  1. When are payments due?
    By 5:00pm on the last day of business day before the start of classes.
  2. How will I receive my refund?
    SBS recognizes that your refund is important to you. We encourage you to take advantage of direct deposit. Sign up forms are located on the SBS website. Please complete the form and return to our office.
  3. Where is Student Business Services located?
    We are in Rooms 160E and 160F of the School of Rural Health Administration Building.
  4. I am enrolled at both TAMU and TAMHSC, will I be charged fees at both schools?
    No, you will receive a waiver on your TAMU bill equal to the Transportation Fee, Student Complex Fee, Student Health Center and the Recreational Sports Fee.
  5. My tuition is to be paid by a third party (Army, Navy, Airforce, Coast Guard, Texas Tomorrow) sponsor. What information do you need from me?
    SBS will need you to provide verification and contact information for the third party. We will then invoice the third party for reimbursable tuition and fees.
  6. I am interested in attending TAMU sporting events. Can I purchase a sports pass?
    Yes, please email SBS staff and indicate whether you wish to purchase the All Sports Pass or Football Only Pass. We will add the desired TAMU sports pass to your bill.
  7. My parents (or other designee) need to log in to TouchNet to pay.  Where do they log in?
    Designees can log in to touchnet here.
