As required by Texas Education Code, Section 54.0513(f), the Board of Regents of The Texas A&M University System will hold public hearings to receive input from students and the public regarding the proposed changes in tuition and fees for Texas A&M University (inclusive of Texas A&M University at Galveston and Texas A&M Health Science Center) to be effective with the Fall 2014 Semester.
These hearings are for students and the public to provide input to the Board of Regents and will be scheduled during the January 30, 2014, Board Meeting. The meeting will be held at the Physical Education Facility, Jim & Pat McCloy Arena, Room 110(A), 200 Seawolf Parkway, Texas A&M University at Galveston, Galveston, Texas.
Persons wishing to provide public testimony on proposed increases should follow the guidelines as set forth in Policy 02.01 (paragraph 2) posted on the Board's website. The schedule for the Board meeting will be posted to the Board website no later than Friday, January 24, 2014. As required by System policy, hearings have already been held on each campus regarding increases in Designated Tuition.
